SHIPPING POLICY

We use UPS and USPS to ship all of our items. We offer both UPS Ground service and USPS Priority Mail for all of the states in the US (we only ship USPS Priority Mail to Hawaii). Orders shipped Ground Service will arrive in 3-5 days. Orders shipped Priority Mail will arrive in 2 days (3 days to Hawaii). Please allow for 1-2 business days for order processing. We do not ship to AP or APO addresses.

Our shipping rates are calculated automatically by our website. These will be displayed at the time of checkout where you will be able to decide the method of shipping before completing the order.

We ship to Canada. Orders will arrive in 6-10 days with Priority, and 3-5 days with Express. Customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the addressee.

If you gave us your correct email address, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also be able to track your order with the tracking number we will provide by going to the UPS or USPS web site.

International shipping.

We will ship internationally. You may place the order by emailing us at cynthia[at]redlanternstyle.com, requesting the item(s) using the name, color choice, and quantity. Please include your shipping address and telephone number. We will send you a cost of shipping total. If you decide to continue with the order, we will send you an invoice using our secure PayPal account which you must fill out in order to make your payment. Your personal information will be completely secure. You will receive an email confirming the capture of funds from PayPal. We will also send you an email notifying you of the shipment of your order with a corresponding tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If our product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you have 30 days to return your unused merchandise for a refund. Your credit card will be credited for the price of the product and any taxes, excluding shipping costs.

If the return is due to a manufacturing error, we will send you a replacement for the item and the initial & return shipping fee will be waived. If you received the wrong item, we will send you the correct item and the initial & return shipping fee will be waived.

In order to return a product to us, email us at cynthia[at]redlanternstyle.com to request a return authorization number and instructions on returning the item. Please include your name and invoice number in order to process this return. Refunds will not be issued without prior authorization.

Your card will be credited once we have received and processed your return. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method in which you can get a tracking or delivery confirmation number. If we do not receive a return (or it does not show up in our records as having been received), we cannot issue a credit without a proof that it was delivered to us.
