With that focus, we have selected several specific projects that we feel are making a significant impact. We would like to share them with you:
World Relief’s Light for Life and Hope Projects in Cambodia focus on this nation’s vulnerable children, many of whom die of preventable diseases such as measles, diarrhea, pneumonia and malaria. These programs promote health, immunization and education, touching whole communities and saving lives. 
World Relief’s Microfinance Program in the Democratic Republic of Congo provides loans to hardworking individuals, enabling them to start small businesses or expand existing ones. Meeting this need helps these individuals break free from poverty and puts them on the path of self-sufficiency and self-respect as they are empowered to provide for their families. 
World Relief’s Human Trafficking Victims Protection Program identifies victims of human trafficking and provides them with comprehensive services such as food, clothing, emergency housing, medical care, trauma counseling, legal services, and job training. World Relief also educates communities around the world about the dangers of human trafficking and advocates for long term reform.
